Communication between the main control board and user interface/display has failed.

Possible causes

  • Wiring or connector fault
  • User interface fault
  • Main board communication fault

Common symptoms

  • F12 displayed
  • Controls or display may be unresponsive

Checks to make

  1. Disconnect power for about two minutes and retry
  2. Arrange service if communication does not recover

Safety

  • Disconnect electrical power before accessing filters, the sump or internal parts. Turn off the water supply if leakage or overflow is suspected.
