P0011 — Camshaft position timing over-advanced or system performance (Bank 1) The ECU has detected that the intake camshaft timing on Bank 1 is more advanced than commanded or is not following the expected position. P0012 — Intake camshaft timing over-retarded (Bank 1) The ECU has detected that Bank 1 intake camshaft timing is more retarded than commanded. P0014 — Exhaust camshaft timing over-advanced (Bank 1) The ECU has detected that Bank 1 exhaust camshaft timing is more advanced than commanded. P0016 — Crankshaft/camshaft position correlation (Bank 1 Sensor A) The ECU has detected that the crankshaft and Bank 1 intake camshaft signals are not correctly synchronised. P0017 — Crankshaft/camshaft position correlation (Bank 1 Sensor B) The ECU has detected incorrect correlation between the crankshaft and Bank 1 exhaust camshaft. P0100 — Mass or volume air flow "A" circuit The ECU has detected a general electrical or signal fault in the mass-air-flow sensor circuit. P0101 — Mass or volume air flow "A" circuit range/performance The ECU has detected a mass-air-flow reading that is outside the expected operating range. P0102 — Mass or volume air flow "A" circuit low The ECU is receiving a mass-air-flow sensor signal lower than the expected electrical range. P0103 — Mass or volume air flow "A" circuit high The ECU is receiving a mass-air-flow sensor signal higher than the expected electrical range. P0104 — Mass or volume air flow "A" circuit intermittent The ECU has detected an intermittent or erratic signal from the mass-air-flow sensor circuit. P0113 — Intake air temperature sensor 1 circuit high input The ECU is seeing an abnormally high-voltage signal from intake air temperature sensor 1, often equivalent to an implausibly cold reading. P0128 — Coolant temperature below thermostat regulating temperature The engine is taking too long to reach the expected operating temperature. P0130 — O2 sensor circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 1) The ECU has detected a circuit or signal problem with the upstream oxygen sensor on Bank 1. P0133 — O2 sensor circuit slow response (Bank 1 Sensor 1) The upstream Bank 1 oxygen sensor is responding more slowly than the ECU expects to changes in air-fuel mixture. P0135 — Oxygen sensor heater circuit malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1) The ECU has detected a fault in the heater circuit for the upstream oxygen sensor on Bank 1. P0136 — O2 sensor circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2) The ECU has detected a malfunction in the downstream oxygen-sensor circuit on Bank 1. P0141 — O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2) The ECU has detected an electrical fault in the heater circuit for the downstream Bank 1 oxygen sensor. P0171 — System too lean (Bank 1) P0171 indicates that the engine control system has detected a lean air-fuel mixture on Bank 1. P0172 — System too rich (Bank 1) Fuel-trim monitoring indicates that Bank 1 is running richer than the ECU can correct within its normal range. P0174 — System too lean (Bank 2) Fuel-trim monitoring indicates that Bank 2 is running leaner than the ECU can correct within its normal range. P0299 — Turbocharger or supercharger underboost condition The ECU has detected less boost pressure than expected under the monitored operating conditions. P0300 — Random or multiple cylinder misfire detected P0300 means the engine control system has detected misfires occurring randomly or across multiple cylinders. P0301 — Cylinder 1 misfire detected The ECU has detected a combustion misfire associated with cylinder 1. P0302 — Cylinder 2 misfire detected The ECU has detected repeated combustion misfires associated with cylinder 2. P0303 — Cylinder 3 misfire detected The ECU has detected repeated combustion misfires associated with cylinder 3. P0304 — Cylinder 4 misfire detected The ECU has detected repeated combustion misfires associated with cylinder 4. P0335 — Crankshaft position sensor "A" circuit malfunction The ECU has detected a fault in the crankshaft position sensor A circuit or signal. P0340 — Camshaft position sensor circuit malfunction The ECU has detected a fault in the camshaft position sensor circuit or signal. P0401 — Exhaust gas recirculation flow insufficient detected The ECU has detected less EGR flow than expected. P0420 — Catalyst system efficiency below threshold (Bank 1) The engine control system has detected that catalyst efficiency on Bank 1 is below the expected threshold. P0430 — Catalyst system efficiency below threshold (Bank 2) The ECU has determined that catalytic-converter efficiency on Bank 2 is below the expected threshold. P0440 — Evaporative emission control system malfunction The ECU has detected a general malfunction in the EVAP system that stores and controls fuel vapours. P0441 — Evaporative emission control system incorrect purge flow The ECU has detected EVAP purge flow that does not match the commanded condition. P0442 — Evaporative emission system leak detected (small leak) The ECU has detected a small leak in the sealed evaporative-emissions system. P0446 — Evaporative emission control system vent control circuit malfunction The ECU has detected a fault in the electrical control circuit for the EVAP vent valve. P0449 — Evaporative emission system vent valve/solenoid circuit malfunction The ECU has detected an electrical malfunction in the EVAP vent valve or solenoid circuit. P0455 — Evaporative emission system gross leak detected The ECU has detected a large leak or inability to seal the EVAP system. P0456 — Evaporative emission system very small leak detected The ECU has detected a very small leak in the sealed EVAP system. P0496 — Evaporative emission system flow during non-purge condition The ECU has detected EVAP vapour flow when purge should not be occurring. P0499 — Evaporative emission system vent valve control circuit high The ECU has detected an abnormally high electrical signal in the EVAP vent-valve control circuit. P0500 — Vehicle speed sensor "A" malfunction The ECU or PCM is not receiving a plausible vehicle-speed signal from the vehicle speed sensor or related speed-data source. P0507 — Idle air control system RPM higher than expected The ECU has detected engine idle speed that is higher than the commanded or expected value. P0562 — System voltage low The ECU has detected system voltage below the acceptable operating range. P0700 — Transmission control system malfunction The engine ECU has been told by the transmission control module that a transmission-related fault is stored. P0715 — Input/turbine speed sensor "A" circuit The transmission controller has detected a fault in the input or turbine speed sensor A circuit. P0741 — Torque converter clutch circuit performance/stuck off The transmission controller has detected that torque-converter clutch lock-up is not performing as commanded. P2002 — Diesel particulate filter efficiency below threshold The ECU has detected that diesel particulate filter performance is below the expected threshold.
